This privacy policy explains how Carzy LTD collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website (carzy.co.uk), enquire about a vehicle, or ask us to help you arrange car finance. Please read it carefully so you understand how we handle your data and what your rights are.

Carzy LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16418054, with its registered office at Unit 4, Park Road, Bury, Greater Manchester, BL9 5BQ.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC029407.
We are an Introducer Appointed Representative of Jigsaw Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 679612). Jigsaw Finance Limited is a credit broker and not a lender.

2. The information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identity information, such as your name and, where relevant, your date of birth.
- Contact information, such as your address, email address, and phone number.
- Enquiry and vehicle information, such as the vehicle you are interested in, any part exchange details, and the contents of any messages you send us.
- Finance enquiry information, such as the basic details you give us so we can introduce you to Jigsaw Finance for car finance. The detailed financial and credit information needed for a finance application is collected directly by Jigsaw Finance through their own secure application form, not by us. See section 5.
- Technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications information, such as records of your calls, emails, and messages with us.
We do not intentionally collect special category data (for example, data about your health or ethnicity) through this website.
3. How we collect your information
We collect information:
- Directly from you, when you fill in a form, call us, email us, message us, or speak with us in person.
- Automatically, when you browse our website, through cookies and similar technologies.
- From third parties in limited cases, for example analytics providers.
4. How we use your information and our legal basis

- To arrange the sale or supply of a vehicle. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you.
- To send you marketing, where you have agreed to receive it. Legal basis: your consent. You can opt out at any time (see section 11).
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those that apply to us as an Introducer Appointed Representative. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
- To improve and protect our website. Legal basis: our legitimate interests, and your consent where cookies require it.
5. Who we share your information with
We share your personal data only where necessary, and only with parties who handle it appropriately. This includes:
Jigsaw Finance Limited. Where you ask us to help with car finance, we will pass your details to Jigsaw Finance Limited, our principal, who is a credit broker authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 679612). Jigsaw Finance will handle your finance enquiry, may carry out credit checks, and may share your information with lenders on their panel in order to find a suitable finance product. Service providers. We may share data with trusted suppliers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, IT support, customer management, and analytics providers. They may only use your data on our instructions.
Professional advisers and authorities. We may share data with our professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
6. International transfers
We aim to keep your personal data within the UK. Where any of our service providers process data outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place so that your data is protected to the standard required by UK data protection law.
